PROJECT LEADERS
Our (beautiful)
The Project Leaders are responsible for coordinating and facilitating communication among all teams. They define objectives, plan, and outline the strategy and deadlines for the event's success. Additionally, they are the main point of contact with Central ESTIEM and they are responsible for knowledge and resource management.
The CM AVEIRO team is subdivided into 10 teams that work
hard to bring you the best experience.

Finances
The Finance team plays an essential role in organizing this event by meticulously controlling monetary flows from the planning phase to the post-event. As this team is responsible for budgets, financial monitoring and report analysis, it seeks the ensurance of efficiency, transparency and financial stability. Its contribution is vital to the success of the LXVIII CM Aveiro; therefore, by managing resources accurately and anticipating risks, this team plays a big role in the guarantee of a solid foundation for memorable experiences.

Corporate Relations
The Corporate Relations team is responsible for contacting all types of companies, with obtaining monetary partnerships as their focus. These include companies from all types of industries, consulting, and even textile companies for merchandising purposes.

Public Relations
The public relations team handles tasks such as strategic planning, promotion, advertising, branding, social media management, marketing, and audience engagement to ensure successful attendance and awareness of the event. It is part of our job to pay attention to every detail and give life to the best event that’s about to come.

Press, Site and Tecnolagy
The PST team as an important role in sharing this event throughout all the comunity. In collaboration, this team contributes to the overall success of the event by handling media relations, maintaining the event site, and managing the technological aspects critical for a smooth and impactful experience. Our team is also responsible for the GA and its materials.

Logistics
CM Aveiro's Logistics Team plays a fundamental role in the event organization, particularly in the execution of the logistics plan for the days before, during and after the event. In addition, they are also responsible for securing spaces for all activities that will take place, such as General Assemblies, Working Groups and Training Sessions and ESTIEM Fair. Finally, they are also responsible for the transportation of participants during the event.

Food & Sustainability
The Food & Sustainability Team is responsible for organizing all the food the participants will need during their stay in Aveiro. The participants will be provided with 3 main meals and snacks throughout the whole event. The team will also ensure that sustainable measures will be implemented.

Accommodation & Participants
The Accommodation & Participants Team plays a crucial role in the organization of CM Aveiro. We are responsible for ensuring your comfort by finding the best accommodations that our city has to offer. The Team will also coordinate the presence of all participants, in order to make your stay in Aveiro unforgettable!

Night Activities & Entertainment
Night Activities & Entertainment team is responsible for providing you with the best nights during your stay in Aveiro, from the Opening Ceremony to the parties and ending with the Gala Dinner. We want to make sure that you fall in love with the Portuguese and Aveiro culture and that the nights stay in your memory for the rest of your life.

Alumni & Crashers
The Alumni & Crashers Team ensures the organization of the CM Alumni, an event that reconnects alumni with the vibrant energy of the ESTIEM Spirit. Additionally, we provide crashers with a tailored experience, allowing them to also immerse in the emotions of a Council Meeting.

Human Resources
Like every brick need cement, every team needs Human Resources. We are the glue that links every member, we’re the ones that ensure that all members are motivated to make this CM Aveiro something magical! HR is responsible for organizing retreats, do member's follow-up meetings and create team buildings to unite the entire CM Aveiro's team. Our focus are our organizers, their mental state and their aim. CM Aveiro can only exceed expectations if the organizers' goals are achieved!
